To participate in the short term rental market, owners must enrol their units in the hotel rental pool which will be managed by Newmark Hotels. To protect the hotel’s standard, quality and consistency of the offering, owners will not be allowed to directly market their units for short-term rentals of less than three months.

Does my unit come with parking?

How does the Rental Guarantee work?
A rental guarantee is a minimum rental income that the developer guarantees the purchaser when buying a buy-to-let property. The guarantee is net to the buyer, which means we pay levies, rates, and taxes.

In order for purchasers to take advantage of this offering, the following is required:

  • The owner of the unit must purchase a furniture pack, costing between R120 000 and R150 000 (excluding VAT), depending on unit type.
  • The developer will enter into a lease agreement with the owner for a period of four years, at a net yield of 7%.

What happens after the 4 year period is over?
